Job openings and labor turnover survey
Job openings is used as a measure of demand for labor, and according to the recent statistics shows that there were many job openings that indicated that the demand for labor increases to about 16,800. This implies that there were job vacancies in the firms and in order to attract employees they need to raise their industrial wages (Kirzner, 2011). This will attract many employees as they are seeking a better pay. The implication of this plan will ensure that the mass unemployed will reduce and the capitalist will employ more by reinvesting their surplus until the labor market is exhausted. This will also increase on the output produced by the US hence a higher GDP.
