Pathways are determined to offer three-times the core training, the dynamics of working in an Apple outlet. The new workers are trained on the best ways to interact with the customers, store structures, and products. The Apple retailers will pride themselves on the new workforce dedicated to maintaining pathways and other development initiatives. The retail sector in the company endured a transition from the former leader to John Browett. Browett promised the employees various changes and programs in their first interaction. The Apple leader operates with a retail philosophy that focuses on customer service and Pathways that strives to generate a better environment for both the employees and the customers.
