This tool helps consultants understand how changes in regulations, funding, health consciousness, medical advancements, laws, and environmental factors impact the organization. Importance of Valid and Reliable Sources The data collected and used in the consultancy process must be valid and reliable. In this context, validity is the extent to which a construct is assessed. In other words, the information must adequately reflect the subject area it seeks to portray.
