The quality and credibility of any product is determined by the process of manufacture, distribution and access to its customers, these are some of the basic requirements that play a major role of determining the price of the product. Therefore, in order for a manufacturer to be fair to the customers of his product and also being able to realize the profits a manufacturer should take great consideration into the above mentioned issues.
As the management teams some of the specific ideas that I would implement in order to embrace the customers trust the quality and credibility of the mi Adidas sports products, in the case of Manufacture of the Adidas products include the use of international manufacturing points (Herzogenaurach, 2010). This is by introducing different spots that will cater for the diverse needs of their customers.
This move of having different locations i.e. placing manufacturing points in different continents (regional offices) will to some point help reduce the bulk that the headquarter has. In this case the headquarter will be given the opportunity to deal with other administrative issues aimed at making the Adidas company become much strong in the sports wear industry (Reinschmidt, 2002).
The placement of Regional continental offices which also have the manufacturing plants will cater for the different needs of the customers who are from different likes and also come from different terrain and climatic conditions. Therefore, the products should be manufactured inorder to fit the specific condition of the different continents, other than being placed in the headquarters’ in Scheinfeld, Germany, where manufacturers don’t really know the needs and requirements of the customers through out the world this will to some point make the diverse customers to enjoys products that relate to them as they are made by people who understand them better (Skipper & Hanna, 2009).
This will also reduce the Scheinfeld manufacturing plant to use less resources required for the manufacture of there products, by distributing their manufacturing plants world-wide will enable the designers in the headquarter to major on designing products and sending samples to the regional offices (Herzogenaurach, 2010).
