The requirements for this part are (c) Which elements of the existing strategy (vision, value proposition, business model, etc.) need attention, improvement and/or overhaul?

The value proposition has 6 factors: Price, Features, Quality, Support, Availability, Reputation. But you only need to write the last three: Support, Availablity, Reputation. The business model corresponding to the value proposition also has six factors, you also just need to write three of them: Relationships, Channels, Brand.

Value proposition is like scoring these factors. The business model may shows what state they are in now, what they will develop into in the future or keep their current state. But you only need to point out what needs to be improved, not the method, because the method is the next part. Vision may be like some suggestions.



We have already done the powerpoint before and scored the value proposition (the score is in the picture), so please write according to the file and powerpoint I uploaded. Please note that in the three factors you wrote, you should focus more on support and reputation, because these are the weakest points we chose before.



And because the powerpoint was done before, there may be some incomplete places. You need to improve the following aspects. In availability, the channel aspect should be changed from 3 to 4, it should expand the local and international markets. Huawei needs to focus more on a value proposition as an element of the existing growth-oriented strategy. The transition from the previous horizon expansion focus should be fueled by R&D-derived insight into ways to discover new market opportunities that will siphon growth and expansion opportunities for the company both domestically and internationally. In line with Huawei's current 'Taking by Storm' Breakout Type, the organization should advance its value proportion to match its key competitors such as Apple and Samsung to offer more product differentiation and more value to its customers. Currently, Huawei is categorized as a Hybrid brand, owing to its moderate price, differentiation, and value (Wu ET AL., 2020). The current strategy should focus on achieving market leadership through a differentiation (high price, high value) value proposition (Huang, 2019).

As part of the value proposition -oriented growth strategy, Huawei should enhance availability, reputation, and support.
