Agility is essential for business management because of the constantly changing market needs that the company must fulfill. Those who are unable to keep up with the rapid changes will lose the competition in the market. And, to create an agile organization, it is essential to have agile employees.
Their commitment drives agile employees to the organization. Their most significant attribute is their high tolerance for changing environments and attitudes. It makes them flexible and adaptable, allowing them to continue striving to do their best for the organization. Their abilities revolve around pursuing the best communication pathways, ensuring team collaboration, and promoting critical thinking skills. These are the key characteristics that employers try to find when hiring an employee (Benstead, 2019).
