War is a well-organized and frequently a prolonged conflict that is carried out by states or opposing forces. It is characterized by hostility, social disturbance and economic slowdown .It is a worldwide phenomenon whose range is defined by the societies that are in conflict. The nature of war describes its rigid essence: that is, those things that differentiate war from other things. War’s nature is basically violence, interactive, and principally political. Far away from any of these factors, then this could be rather something else. The nature of war in current 21st century is dominated by technology. Many military institutions and scientific revolutions have occurred since the Second World War. The super power (United States) begun to change the tactics of fighting the jihadists since 2000, by involving the use of drones and intelligence. The industry of armory works tirelessly to facilitate new development in the area of warfare.

To begin with, impact of technology: Modern technology has rapid changed the speed and lethality nature of warfare for instance, US Air force combat experts have the potentiality to identify a target with a portable electronic device, it’s very possible for many people in the world to predict that technology will change the world, in fact technology advancements does not change the universe, the world has not changed at all, basically, it will never change. What changes is the atmosphere and form of the war and sophisticated technology is what catalyzes these changes in atmosphere and form. It is impossible to predict the outcome of any war. The United States of America believes in the Second World War invested heavily in the new technologies. The war though affected their economy negatively.
Secondly, it is important to note that war is always a subject of policy, the security commanders and chiefs have changed the military policies, equipping them with sophisticated weapons and well trained skills unlike decades ago when soldiers could engage in war without any basic skills, the First World War Germany a lot of their soldiers. The political objective will thus determine both the military objective and the level of effort it requires, which is a rational process of redirecting hostilityintentions generally left to government. While these advancements are existent in all wars, every war exists within political, economic and social backgrounds, giving each war much of its unique elements.
Additionally, both progressions in the nature of war and the changes in character and form warfare stimulate strategy. The more influence on strategy comes from the environment and character of war because the most influential act of verdict is that, the statesman and commandant have to make is to establish the kind of war on which they are to fight; neither confuse with it for, nor making efforts to turn it into, something that is unfamiliar to its nature.
