The incorporation of a new technology into a company’s business processes is certainly an unavoidable necessity in order to keep up with the ever-changing business environment. The transition or incorporation might sometimes work perfectly; at times however, it can go south and there is a tone of examples of companies in each case. General Electric Company (GE) is a perfect example of a company that once almost succumbed to the problems of digital transformation but currently at the forefront of digitally transformed companies.
