Today, many organizations are using these devices to increase the security measures in different levels of departments. They use devices like biometric access and control devices to limit the number of individuals who can access an office and information concerning the transactions of the organization. The organizations are responsible for controlling the devices in a way that they can decide who will be granted access. Voice authentication devices are an example of biometric security devices that recognizes the voice of an individual before accessing a file. If the voice is not recognized, the individual is denied access. Therefore, only those whose voice has been decoded get access into the web server and participate in the transactions. Another example is the fingerprint scanner or mobile fingerprint scanners to improve the security of the web servers.
