* Perform and document your empathize research for your chosen health area
* Create a persona based on your research so that you can visualize who you are building a mHealth app for throughout the project
* Construct a clear problem statement to identify the area your team will focus on for the project
SECTION 2: EMPATHIZE – RESEARCH [4 points]

Project Topic: Provide a 1-2 sentence overview of what health area/topic your team plans to explore for the design thinking project and a reflection on why you chose this topic for your team.

The health area is diabetes, where there is real-time access to data on glucose levels, meals, weight, blood pressure, activity, and the effect of medication. Diabetes is a chronic disease, but self-management and monitoring improve health outcomes.
