I have collected primary and secondary data, including quantitative techniques to be considered are the results of surveys and interviews. The data collection methods are evaluated for credibility, reliability and validity. This is important as the results of the study are relevant as this affects the study analysis, implications and conclusions made (Street & Ward, 2012). Efforts are made to avoid influencing the response and to minimize bias when using primary and secondary information. Additionally, the data collected should be complete as inconsistent and incomplete data affects outcomes and reliability of the results.
