Spiritual Case Study: South West Airline
Most organizations are deriving the revitalization of the workplace through spirituality infusion. The existence of spirituality has become vital to a vast audience, partly because of the current chaos in the organizational structure, which results in insecure feelings regarding one's place in the system. Cooperate characteristics are now put into question, not only with related financial issues such as management of stock and cooperation ignoring accepted financial procedures but also concerning issues concerning human resource, ethics of the organization, human rights, development of the community, success f the workplace, and corporate contribution.
Workplace spirituality in most organizations has increased to the forefront since the 1990s due to the cost of disregarding human resources standards related to the organization's practices. However, spirituality in the workplace is all about individuals who carry themselves as spirited humans whose souls desire and needs to be motivated through work. It is about experiencing the primary purpose and meaning at work and seeing beyond paychecks and performance reviews. Spirituality is about adequate information sharing among individuals and getting to know and experience some standard inner attachment, togetherness, and attraction within their work unit and the organization. It is a lifelong quest for meaning and purpose, an appreciation for the richness of creation, the vastness of the cosmos, and the natural forces that govern it, and a personal belief system. (Lean et al., 2017). The recent flurry of scholarly articles and several writers currently writing on the work-spirituality link indicates the interest in the relationship between workplace spirituality, commitments of the organization, and work satisfaction (Lean et al., 2017). The core value of spirituality is to ensure sharing and feeling of a mutual attachment, attraction, and togetherness among individuals within their work unit and the organization. These case studies suggest that spirituality should be considered in the workplace to improve employee morale, organizational efficacy, and job satisfaction. Based on previous studies, it is clear that working in a surrounding with leaders who embrace a higher purpose or moral sense of the person is more satisfying and enjoyable than working in an organization with leaders who do not. Spirituality means a lot to different people. Varying mentality and definitions of spirituality in organizations make this phenomenon more interesting. It would be great to think that human resource management prioritizes the company's success over the employee's; however, each worker is most concerned with his or her job security.
Need For the Study
Knowledge concerning the relationship between job satisfaction, the organization's commitment, and the workplace's spirituality is limited. Hence this case study examines the power of spirituality in the working environment and the organizational commitment. (Rupčić et al. 2017) measured the perceived corporate support effects and found a high relationship between effective organization engagement and work satisfaction. Additionally, this study is significant because there is still a lot of disagreement about organizational spirituality in the working environment. There is a considerable amount of reluctance among business professionals in the twenty-first century to implement the research on accepting spirituality related to an employee's contribution to the organization into practice. This study will bring a positive contribution to research on these variables and how they influence stock management, human resources, and corporate organization at large. One of the most common concerns that prevent businesses from implementing initiatives that boosts spirituality in the working environment is the threat of discrimination litigation.

Furthermore, the firm has a proven track record of outstanding operational success and high employee and customer satisfaction. I don't want to say that SWA is a perfect illustration of living spiritual principles; like other organizations, it has its problems and limitations. This study aims to provide an insight into how spirituality manifests itself within SWA and how it affects SWA workers, customers, and organizational efficiency. Included in this study are the results, which show that the southwest airline workers have one of the lowest turnover rates due to the high satisfaction of the employees.
The Impact of Spirituality in Organization
According to (Rupčić et al. 2017), Employees who work for organizations that describe themselves as spiritual are less afraid of the company; they are less likely to sacrifice their fundamental beliefs and principles in the organization; they find their working environment to be more profitable; and they can bring far more of their whole self to work, especially their creativity and innovation. Organizations that excel at committing their employees' hearts and intellects not only have ideals, but they also practice them, bringing a sense of spirituality to the working surrounding. companies that concentrate on processes involving the spiritual aspect, such as bringing workers together and inspiring employees to find value in their work, improve ...
