The effectivity of a nation’s Covid19 response is due to a variety of factors. In this paper, the author would determine why the US’ approach has failed compared to Canada and what the US can learn from both Canada and Germany.

In the article written by Davis (2020), the author noted how the US had become a ‘failed state’ when it comes to its response to pandemic because of the country’s incompetent government together with its history.
