Introduction

Like the dynamics of families in many other rapidly growing urban areas, Hong Kong is going through a period of complicated transitions in family life. The various expectations that are placed on parents and families have emerged as a primary source of anxiety in recent years. According to Rocha (2023), one of the significant challenges for parents and families in Hong Kong is the inability to get inexpensive childcare assistance. Numerous parents face substantial obstacles in their pursuit of securing and being able to pay for high-quality child care for their children due to the expensive costs of living in urban areas and the insufficient resources offered by the government for childcare. This issue makes it difficult for parents to keep their jobs and unnecessarily strain families, which may lead to economic and social inequality. The ramifications of this case significantly impact the happiness and general well-being of people of all ages who live in Hong Kong, including both the adult and the younger generations. They say this potential can be seen in the scheme's name: "Quality Kindergarten Education Scheme." The approach used in this investigation provides an all-encompassing answer to the problem of childcare by focusing on all facets of employment to assist working parents and their families.

Unfortunately, many parents have no other options for getting cheap care. It means that many people have to make tough choices, like limiting their work hours or leaving their kids in places that are not approved and could be dangerous.

Family Systems Theory focuses on how family members depend on each other. Regarding cheap
