In a self-evaluation process, I would say that the unique behavior that I have acquired learned and practice is the art of reflection. Although it took me a long period, since my high school years and the first months of the first year of my undergraduate degree, it is undeniable to say that the reflective practice has come in handy in my studies. In learning the behavior, which I prefer to consider it as a skill, I employed Neil Thompson’s book ‘People Skills’ that gave six steps to cultivate the reflective practice. The stages entailed reading, asking, watching, and feeling, talking and finally thinking. To explore these steps, I decide to take the Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs as a guinea pig in my reading.
