Coaching is always a powerful process that is critical in helping people to maximize their potentials and attains what is essential to them. Often, coaches are required to assist individuals in exploring their agenda, finding and discovering their goals, and developing strategies that are aimed at promoting their wellbeing and success (Berg, 2005). Ideally, individual coaching involves face-to-face coaching sessions, which are usually undertaken by one coach and one client. This is entirely different from group coaching, where the role played by the coach may be shifted (Wang, 2013). Individual coaching is focused on promoting the effectiveness of the partnership established between the trainee and the coaches.
