The release of the UCP’s budget has propagated the need for a cut in expenses. The budget was made on a deficit of $8.7 billion, which was after the implementation of Albert’s Post-Secondary Budget Cuts, which sought to curb overspending. The cut on spending has dramatically affected the students of Alberta. To cut the expenses, a lot of focus has been targeted at reducing the cost at various stages in the education department.
