Integrating spiritual values is important to provide, and one needs to realize that other people hold different religious beliefs and not impose their views when coaching. Spiritual values are beneficial to impart positive and long lasting impact during and after the coaching process, and integrating the spiritual values makes a difference to the clients. The spiritual values guide behavior and how I relate with others and my actions reflect values ​​and principles.
