First of all, Larry welcomes people to the class and begins the discussion by saying that it is integral to do assessments and that there are some coaches who do not use assessments to come up with satisfactory results (Jones, 2007). Next, Larry says that there are more than 750 assessments to go with. When asked if clients should understand their assessment results, Larry said that it is mainly the responsibility of a coach to understand everything.
According to Blanca, there are various ways to determine if a client needs an assessment or not (Correia, et al., 2016). One of the best ways is that the coach should observe things carefully and precisely. For example, we can look at the behaviors or actions of a client like how do they speak, how do they react to different situations and how do they leave their comments.
