Hinduism is not only the world's oldest religion but also the third largest religion. It is a way of life for most people in Nepal and India. Hindus believe the goal of life is to attain Moksha (salvation). Like Christianity and Islam, Hindus believe in only one god, but in many forms. Hinduism believes in the circular concept of time, including Kali Yuga, Tretha Yuga, Satya Yuga, and Dwapara Yuga.
The documentary “Hinduism: Oldest Religion” portrays attractive tenets of the Hindu religion. More importantly, the documentary expounds on Hinduism's holy trinity (Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva). The supporters believe that Brahma is the god responsible for all creation; Vishnu is the preserver, and Shiva is the destroyer. The three gods represent the cyclical nature of a human being's life from birth, existence, and destruction to regeneration.
