The World is Flat Name                 Correspondence concerning this paper should be addressed to 123 Your Street Your Town, NY Phone number: Email:   The World is Flat Diversity consciousness refers to an individual’s ability to discern that all people are different, and consequently recognize, understand and adapt to these differences. On the other hand, Thomas Freidman developed a concept that the world is flat, in which he presents a new idea to the diversity discussion by pronouncing an interesting perspective in which issues of multiplicity, and inclusion are reflected upon. For example, the web could be used to bring criminal groups together. How the Concepts from The Resources Impact the Field I Am Majoring In With the recognition that the flat world enhances cultural diversity and consequently increases diversity consciousness within the world today, it is important to analyze the effect of these from a psychiatrist’s perspective. First, diversity consciousness enhances a psychologist’s diversity skills (Bucher, 2015). With a broad understanding of different cultures, one can recognize and respect the diverse intellectual strengths and learning styles.
