Learning is and will forever be a lifetime commitment irrespective of the age bracket. Having watched the documentary "Stress, portrait of a killer," I have learned that; Stress has a wide range of causes ranging from the environment to one's character and that it affects people differently depending on their response to a crisis. Secondly, one can battle stress for a lifetime. It is evident where babies born during the fight began to be stressed at the fetal stage, were born with it, and even haunted them at old age.
