Worker motivation and social acceptability are two critical aspects of any intervention. Employees with a specified level of work-relatedness to self-organization and perceiving targeted interventions are likely to engage in those interventions frequently and appropriately. Social validation is another process of checking the functionality of the developed procedures and results for acceptability by the stakeholders to embrace sustainable positive findings in the long run, as noted by Cooper et al. (2020). Various data types were collected, including quantitative data, which is illustrated in Figures 2-4, and qualitative data in Figure 1. Quantitative research information is used to determine the implementation accuracy and frequency of treatment procedures, whereas perception and satisfaction results arise from the qualitative collection of information. This alignment provides a sound assessment framework for assessing the extent of implementation of the intervention as well as the perceived impact by the stakeholders.
