Consider the adjectives listed, which were taken from Table 3.1 in the textbook. Give each one a Likert scale score ranging from 1 (not at all like me) to 5 (very much like me), based on how frequently you think, feel, or act in that way.
Write that number next to each word.

Reflect on the adjectives you scored as 5s and 4s. What are some specific examples or instances where you have demonstrated these characteristics in your thoughts, feelings, or behaviors?

Big Five Self-Ratings Reflection
Using the Big Five traits to assess my personality, I had to rate words depending on the degree to which they reflect my thoughts, feelings, and behavior. This reflection is derived from the list of adjectives that the participants rated and grouped according to the Likert scale score used in the survey, whereby the adjectives that received a rating of 5 and 4 are used to get a perception of some of the personality traits that I may possess. This exercise helps illustrate how my characteristics align with the Big Five personality dimensions: Openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism.
