There are several things that I learned during the week. These are things that I believe would help me be a better person by improving my thought process and altering my assumptions. First, I learned about the Disputing Irrational Beliefs (DIBS) system. This one is whereby I control my thought process and embrace a positive mindset by training my mind to think so. It is a repetitive practice that needs to be done daily to slowly but gradually embrace a certain mindset. The DIBS process is quite important, and I can use it in my meditation process to help me when I feel stressed or even depressed.
