Goal-Setting Program for a Sport Athlete
Design a 2 page (minimum) Goal-setting program for an individual of your choice. This individual (a real live individual, not made up) does not have to be a specific sport athlete, examples can include fitness programs, and military preparation. However, the skill of choice must address learning a movement skill of substance (not brushing your teeth). Learning movements must be a key component of the goals. Meaning, graduation from college with a specific degree does not fit the requirement for this assignment. You must apply at least one tool such as a diary, poster, etc. explained in the required website above.
First: Select an individual and explain their situation and illustrate the meaningfulness of the long-term goal you have chosen.
Second: Create a 2 page (minimum) paper (APA-compliant Title and Reference pages do not count in the 2 page requirement) that explains in detail your goal setting plan, including the "motivational tools" you will apply. Of particular importance is showing how the short-term goals are linked to the long-term goal and specifically how you will measure each short term goal. You must have at least 4 short-term goals, and two of these goals must be process goals.
Your paper must be formatted using Times New Roman - 12 point font and according to APA standards, including a title page, 1" margins, and documentation. APA compliant in-text documentation and five (5) scholarly references are required.
PLEASE no bullet points, only paragraphs!

Sarah’s Goal-Setting Program
Developing a complete goal-setting program requires a meticulous and thorough planning process, particularly when the objective pertains to acquiring a novel talent. Sarah, a 30-year-old individual with a great desire to achieve proficiency in the skill of doing a handstand, demonstrates a high level of motivation to improve her physical condition and undertake a demanding endeavor (CFI Education Inc., 2023). Sarah aims to attain a 10-second handstand within three months by formulating a plan that adheres to the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) framework.
Decomposing this lofty long-term objective into smaller, more attainable short-term objectives is crucial for Sarah's achievement. During four weeks, she will systematically advance through certain benchmarks to strengthen her abilities (Boogaard, 2021). During the first week, Sarah's first goal will be to dedicate her efforts to engaging in a daily regimen of wall handstands for five minutes. This deliberate practice will
