The interviewee stated that their top three stressors are work-related deadlines, financial concerns, and family conflicts. They cope with these stressors by talking to a friend or family member, exercising, and listening to music. However, they also mentioned that sometimes they use negative coping mechanisms such as smoking or drinking alcohol to relieve stress.
