Activity #1: Social Proof
Knowing what we now know from Cialdini, how can you apply the theory of Social Proof to shape other’s behaviors? We also know there are a few conditions that make people more vulnerable to social proof including:
1) uncertainty
2) similarity between you and the group
3) expertise of the group
4) a large number of people

Think of a time in your life where you were vulnerable to Social Proof. When was it? What happened? How did these elements play a part? How could you defend against it now knowing what you know?
for my social proof talk about in 2013 first yeasr under architeture design school, how i used to design structures and building that were to the taste and design languge of the Design professors, which insured that i got a perfect grade but rather than focusing and fighting for the designs i belived in or created, this almost led me to losing what my design signature and feel would have been but i changed when i was working on a midterm design exercise and that the shapes that i made that i thought the instructors would approve of made me feel empty and hollow inside.

Social proof is a common occurrence. It involves behaving in a particular manner according to the expectations of the dominant group in society. The social proof theory relies on the assumption that a person believes others' behavior is a reflection of the situation. A time in my life where I was vulnerable to social proof was during my first year on campus when I took a course in architectural design. The architecture school had rigorous professors who had stringent requirements about what they expected from students.
