Introduction
The world comprises of people with different cultures. The differences in culture are as a result of language, traditions and dressing code. The world has been reduced to a small village all thanks to technology. Through technology, different countries can be able to conduct business smoothly. Businesses are also offering employment opportunities to qualified persons from all parts of the world to ensure that all cultures are represented. Diversity Consciousness has many advantages and can promote the growth of the world (Schneider, 2017). Among the many benefits that it brings about is teamwork.
There are many benefits associated with working as a team when compared to those obtained when working alone. Any well-performing organization can attest that their success is as a result of teamwork. With team work, tasks are performed exceptionally well and are completed on time. All professionals need to create an environment where people with different beliefs, different learning styles, education levels and many others can relate well to minimize conflicts. Encouraging teamwork in business is good because of it one effective strategy for overcoming the barriers which are present.

The discussion will be between a Chinese Student and a 75 year old American Man
Question: What was life like when you were young in the Education sector?
“During my days as a youth things were completely different from the way they are today. At school, for instance, students were given less freedom that they do today. Additionally, students valued their education, and there were fewer disruptions (Jakubiak & Mellom, 2014). Today I think things have changed because I frequently find students having drinks even on weekdays.
It is also important to note that there were fewer international students had an opportunity to school in America during my time. Today, however, more international students are given a chance to school in America”.
How has Technology changed from the way it was during your time?
“During my time technology was still in its early development stages. We, therefore, did not use technology much in studies and also in other sectors. Today however technology is used in almost everything, and I can say it has been a success.”
During your time was it easy to make friends from other parts of the world?
“When I was a young, I did not know any friend from another place other than America. Today however through the use technology I have over five hundred friends from other parts of the world. For us Americans, it has been an advantage because we’re able to get what other parts of the world have to offer. America can, for instance, get raw materials from other parts of the world and make the final product.”
Was it easy to do business during your time?
“During my early days doing business was difficult even though it was not competitive as it is today. Due to lack of highly sophisticated equipments and skilled personnel it took long for us to come up with the final products. Communication was also a challenge and little was k...
