Realistic Job Previews (RJPs) demonstrate job-related and organizational information, both unfavorable and favorable to the prospective candidate. There are several advantages related to the use of RJPs. First, the information is provided by the target organization’s human resource managers provides the realistic presentation of the firm to the applicants. The recruitment and selection procedure is a two-way information-sharing process. RJPs facilitate the two-way information process by ensuring that both the organization and the applicant share information about their respective selves effectively (Bilal & Bashir, 2016).
