Training delivery refers to a systematic process of transferring valuable and designed concepts to the newly hired recruits in a bid to meet the learning objectives in a training programs. There are various means and modes of delivering training, but the bottom line is on effectiveness and reliability of the process of delivery irrespective of the method adopted. The papers to explore on the importance of how training is delivered by examining the skills that a trainer brought to the best training program that you have ever attended.
Over the years, I have been attended several training programs, but there was one, which I attended along with few of my classmates 2 years ago, and it was quite fascinating. The subject of the training summit was on Advanced Microsoft Office and presentation on Power Point. The objective of the training session was to train students about the basic concepts in Microsoft Office, particularly on power point presentation. The summit had been organized by a career building company in our city who are regarded as the best firm in conducting successful sessions and training programs. The enrolment fee for the program was $250 for two days. At first, I was doubtful as to whether I would lean anything new in the program or not as I had basic knowledge about Microsoft Office functionalities already. However, during the lesson, I discovered that the program was well organized as the trainers were professional and targeted those who were familiar with some basics.
