Stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination, unfortunately, can be experienced within team settings. The subject of negative bias can be based on many human characteristics including race, gender, age, sexual orientation, as well as many other categorizations. The effects of such harmful bias can be exhibited either overtly or subtly. Because Zenobia Xanthapoulos is planning to expand her company into Africa, and because her clients may be of a different race and culture than her team members, she is very concerned that the clients of her organization do not experience any prejudice or discrimination from her employees.
In preparation of her company’s expansion, she would like you to address the following:
Explain what practices or attitudes exhibited within a team may indicate that a team member is experiencing discrimination and/or prejudice from their own team members.
Explain what practices or attitudes exhibited within a team may indicate that an external party is experiencing discrimination and/or prejudice from the team or team members.
Illustrate how a team can become more aware of any implicit negative biases that may be exhibited within the team or external parties.

Various attitudes and practices that would imply a team member is undergoing stereotypes, prejudice, or discrimination from their team is expulsion from the majority. This exclusion can occur in everyday activities or a person being omitted from some work center matter, including promotions, shifts, and awards. Also, there are biases of various workers or groups within the company. Implicit bias happens when employees do not know their actions and might impact their behaviors, preferences, and decisions (Levi & Askay, 2021). A team that acknowledges personal contributions, beliefs, and views to the company's mission will assist in awareness of any implicit negative biases that can be exhibited within
