Servant leadership is based on the grounds that leaders should provide leadership by example, in other words, leaders should be an example to their followers. A servant leader must be willing to develop necessary skills for cooperation, empathy and be capable to incorporate them into their model. An individual leader who is not only able to give directions, but also listen to his followers is a leader who is dedicated to serving his company in the best optimal manner (Liden, Panaccio, Hu, Meuser & Wayne 2014). From a Christian perspective, Jesus Christ is the founder of this type of leadership. He did not only give orders to us but he also listened to his followers and He accepted to die on behalf of us (Sipe & Frick, 2015).
