In the next five years I would like to see myself in a managerial role for reputable corporate institutions to enable me conduct company’s operations effectively and diligently as per the guidelines and norms of the institution. I would also like to be in a position to deal with other institutions and organization because I have an utmost interest in inter-organizational co-operation. I am highly motivated and ready to contribute to the organization’s bigger objective. Am also excited to build a solid background.in management
Being in school has given me an opportunity to learn more on management policies, theories, models and strategies which when put into practice brings success and efficiency in managing organizational operations in long run. Running the company requires hard work and determination which has been one of my strengths. The process of learning is really inevitable for me to achieve this dream. Team work and efficient communication are also part of my strength which plays vital role in ensuring effective inter-company cooperation’s which results in better working relations and healthy coemptions.
I have over time developed strength, weakness, opportunities and threats analysis. This is because there are many skills which I need to equip, improve and develop which will boost my career and my utmost interest in intercompany cooperation. SWOT analysis helps me understand my threats and weakness and to come up with strategies to minimize and eliminate them. Improving my abilities and opportunities has also been my priority as it helps me grow professionally and after five years I will a better person.
