Project management course applies to an individual’s career and how they control and run their daily activities. Therefore, the project management course will enable me to be a good project manager, either career-wise or managing to achieve daily life goals. This can be achieved by putting into practice the skills, techniques, knowledge, and tools to effectively manage each project requirement as a Director of Operations.
