Step 1
Decide the job assignment your new hire processes will address.

Identify the key milestones. At a minimum, you should have milestones of 1 week, 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days. If you include additional milestones, identify the goals for those.
Compose goals and objectives or activities associated with each milestone.
Step 2
Explain how each goal and activity in the plan will help the new hire gain knowledge and skills necessary for the various aspects of their new role and the organization. Examples include policies, company products, company structure and culture, team structure, job responsibilities, etc.
