A no solicitation policy functions to bar any form of solicitation, distribution of print media seeking support from other employees to petition the company, handing out pro forma, or even selling products not attributed to the company (Ong, 2018).
Policy Statement:
The company would like to state clearly that any form of solicitation, lobbying for an unjustifiable course, or distribution of material aimed at influencing other employees during work time is prohibited unless otherwise permitted.
