A minimum of the company's website, and 2 peer-reviewed sources are required. Remember to both cite and reference. Page count does not include title page, abstract, or reference page(s). How does the company live out its values, and how do those values support the company's vision and mission statements?

Understanding the relationship between a company’s values and its organizational culture is essential for every manager. It allows him to better understand how to navigate through various challenges while staying focused on the company's primary goal. Additionally, it has remained consistent in building its low-sugar and sugar-free lineup in all of its product development niches, whether it be candy bars, chocolates, or peanut-based products, among others. This led to the company acquiring Lily’s, which would help in its product development goals.

In line with its mission statement, this would show a sincere effort to increase access to chocolate snacks.
On the other hand, however, this strategy does not directly target one of the problems in access, which is the higher costs of chocolate snacks. Addressing this should be one of the company’s main g...
