In the world market, it is not enough for a company to merely cut costs, it must find a way to achieve effective production and management. Lean concepts are designs that work with different organizations in the manufacture, delivery and support products at efficient costs throughout the production process. Aerospace companies like Boeing have implemented the strategies and are making strides in the market. Lean strategy involves evaluation, implementation of the changes, control and standardization of the lean production principles. The principles work to promote the elimination of the waste and non-value adding activities involved in manufacturing
