“A good objective of leadership is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better,” Jim Rohn, American entrepreneur. A servant leader should be there for the team and check on their progress regularly and help them develop the skills that will enable them advance in their careers. Therefore a servant leader should be ready to serve others (Liden, Wayne, Liao & Meuser, 2014).
