You have recently received a promotion from operations team lead to operations manager. The organization you work for has established an Emerging Leaders Onboarding Learning and Development program to assist new managers in closing minor skills gaps, and to set them up for success. During the one-year onboarding program, you are required to participate in assessments and activities that will help you to identify and understand your organizational leadership style. As part of this onboarding process, and to assist you to better understand your organizational leadership style, there is an outline development requirement as part of the one-year onboarding leadership development program.

Leadership concepts include virtues like integrity, dedication, creativity, boldness, and effective communication; leadership is a never-ending behavior modification process. The transformational leadership approach has an impact on both social systems and individuals. With the ultimate goal of converting supporters into leaders, it optimally drives significant and positive change in the supporter base. The ideal organizational leadership style is transformational, emphasizing team development, worker motivation, and partnering with staff members at all levels to effect positive change.
I chose transformational leadership since it will allow me to advance from basic skills to more advanced and refined leadership skills. I must participate in evaluations and projects as described in the promotion description. By listening to my teammates' thoughts and various points of view on ethical behavior within the organization, I can work with colleagues to improve my talents. I may find the path to success in both my talents and the company by comprehending worker's concerns, whether positive or negative, within the organization. I practice transformational leadership since it improves followers' performance, motivation, and morale in several ways. They involve encouraging followers to take more responsibility for their work, recognizing their strengths and weaknesses, linking supporters’ sense of identity and self to the company's goal and shared identity, and serving as an inspiring role model for supporters.
