It needs cooperation and being able to display knowledge and capability of leading a particular people. Leadership involves inspiring persons to meet their end tasks and engage themselves in a more engaging activity. In leadership, it’s about motivating and inspiring; many people have taken it for an advantage. Many are using leadership opportunities to exploit people and benefit from them. Effective leadership involves making others follow the orders and contributing ideas that help each party.
Amazon has, however, been the leading company in the current world due to proper leadership by Jeff, and the company is growing while generating high revenues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Amazon is successful because its decisions are strategic and involve critical analysis of all undertakings. However, many theories support leadership roles and explain its significance.
Proper leadership has created success in Amazon, and many people in the current world are buying products from this company since they have a detailed plan are towards satisfying the needs of the customer. Enhanced practices, timely products, and reliable goods have made Amazon grow significantly and meet the needs of many individuals globally. Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon, has ensured its growth and success through proper leadership in undertaking the processes and ensuring adequate work. Leadership is essential for the success of the company and requires a frequent review of goals and procedures implemented.

In leadership, it involves sharing ideas and exercising on them every day to be able to deliver quality work, and it requires clarity and discipline, which is hard for many people to maintain.
