It has to be in-line with the supreme laws of the land and it cannot be redundant and or contradict other laws. These issues of framing a new thus take time and require experts to consider all the aforementioned factors and frame the law within those provisions. The law then takes is then subjected to the approval phase where it is evaluated, reviewed and then passed. The process of conceiving the idea to publishing the law to the public is not easy and often requires iterative processes to refine the law. In documenting information related to law, the choice of words and what the content will ultimately mean either directly or impliedly. Bearing in mind that the law was structured meticulously, so is the administration of the same. In administration of justice, improper communication can affect the process of serving justice. Ambiguity and other syntax errors can the process of administering justice.
