In this assignment, you will select three models you will most likely use when coaching people in your work. You will develop a 5- to 7-minute narrated audiovisual presentation for a group of administrators or leaders explaining the coaching models and why they are a good fit for your organization. (the narrated section will be done by me) Coaching should be focused on the education/teaching industry. Step 2 As you prepare the content for your presentation, compile notes on the following: a description of each coaching model, evidence that the model is appropriate for your organization, and examples of how the coaching models can be used in your organization. In the option stage, the coach assists the learner in creating different strategies and options to realize their objectives. It involves evaluating diverse perspectives, brainstorming ideas, and considering alternate approaches. The will is the final stage, which focuses on integrating the selected options and establishing a plan of action.
