2. Since 2020 and the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Canada has seen unprecedented changes in organizations’ HR policies/practices (see the “Spotlight on HRM” in the textbook, p. 87). Discuss at least two dramatic shifts in the way people work and/or HR practices that have emerged or become more prevalent since 2020.
