Business metrics are a crucial tool business use to monitor and evaluate the progress of a specific company procedure (Klipfolio, n.d.). Internal communication operations should be monitored to gauge their general achievement, just like any other company activity. Programs for internal communication usually have a specific objective and purpose. A failing strategy cannot be updated in the future if a company does not monitor the success of an internal communication effort.
