Bilingual employees are significant in the US as they increase their customer base by providing personalized services to individuals who may require assistance in their native language. Further, bilingual skills create a global presence for businesses. Most of the United State’s small businesses operate in almost all parts of the world such as Apple and MacDonalds. Thus, bilingual employees help bridge the cultural barriers giving them a prospect to expand globally.
