Write a 2-page paper addressing some of the main benefits of yoga. After reviewing these benefits, identify how you will personally benefit from practicing yoga. Be sure to include how yoga will complement the exercise/activity that you are already doing. Describe what you will need to get started—address your clothing, types and use of props (if desired), and if you will be attending classes somewhere. Explain the type of yoga environment that you will create describing both the space where you will practice, how you will eliminate distractions, the time of day, and length of time that you plan to practice. Indicate how often you would like to practice each week and how you will hold yourself accountable to meeting your goal. Make sure to mention any injuries or limitations that will require modifications as you participate in a balanced yoga practice.
