(my answer for the first question)i think that the biggest challenges facing dentistry is that because the life is being expensive day by day people will stop taking care of there oral health because they can not afford the dental treatment specially in the rural area where there no enouph oral health motivation, but i am optomistic and positive that our oral health organizations will provide all the needs of the motivation and encouragement to the puplic. other thing i think that dentists are accumulating in the urban areas, and there is some deficient of dentist in the rural areas, we need to pay more attention to the rural areas. (my answer for the second question)the good think about Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine is that the school is provided with the most developed technology of equipment around the world, this technology will help me to make my dream true in that i will be able to treat my patient in convenient, fast, easy way.the other good thing in Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine is that this school located in a very good area that is full with patients so i will be able to practice more and get more experience in using this perfect technology in the school. also this area pennsyvania is known with its community this community characterized by there freedom, cultural diversity, civil rights, and appreciation of scientific research were prized. please let me know if you need more info.

Mostly in the rural area where there no enough oral health awareness, but I am optimistic and positive that our oral health organizations will provide all the needs of the motivation and awareness to the public. Another aspect is that dentists are concentrated in the urban areas, and there is a shortage of dentist in the rural areas, there is need to pay more attention to the rural areas. Another factor that is a challenge to dentistry in rural areas is the higher rates of insurance making it unaffordable to many residents. The quality of water also acts as a challenge as the levels of water fluoridation affects the teeth. Ignorance also stands out as a challenge as individuals will assume advice of visiting a dental clinic unless a tooth develops a problem. They assume that they don`t have any issue as long as the brush teeth appropriately and their dental formula is not in pain. Indeed, it is often to see people rushing too hospital when a tooth develops a lot of pain only to find out more problems in other teeth. They are left out in understanding the latest developments and how they can maintain a healthy dental formula. Another challenge is the lack of pediatric anesthesia surgicenter service for children requiring sedation. This can be largely seen as lack of inadequate facilities in some hospitals.
