The recreation activity that will be analyzed in this essay is swimming and bike riding. The two recreations have been selected because they are not only fun, but they are effective and easy to follow. In recent years, society has gradually changed, and people are embracing physical activities because of their health benefits (McLean, 2004). The program will vary in cost depending on the type of bike that a client will select. Bikes will range from $500 to $2000. There will also be a membership fee which will be used for the maintenance of the pool, and payments for equipment needed in the facility. The monthly charges will be $200 per adult. The members will have an option of coming with their costumes or using the costumes provided by the facility.
The reason for selecting the two programs is because it is easy for most people to engage in the program with little training. Keeping fit is good for the body and the soul (Robinson et al., 2020).
